St. Martinville - Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., on Monday, January 23, 2012, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville, for Tori James Fredieu, 24, who died on Friday, January 20, 2012, at Lafayette General Medical Center. Fr. Rusty P. Richard will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Scriptures will be read by Harley Melancon and Brodie Fredieu. Gift bearers will be Justin Fredieu, Rhyan Landry, and Raini Harrison. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery. Tori was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping in his free time. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Tori will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Survivors include his father and step mother, James and Sonja Fredieu of St. Martinville; his mother and step father, Cindy and Ryan Harrison of Arnaudville; his fiance, Camille Willis of St. Martinville; his daughter, Ashtyn Fredieu of St. Martinville; two step children, Rhyan and Tai Landry of St. Martinville; two brothers, Brodie and Justin Fredieu of St. Martinville; two sisters, Kate-lyn Bienvenu of St. Martinville and Raini Harrison of Arnaudville; his paternal grandmother, Pam Guzardo Migues of St. Martinville; his maternal grandfather, Rodney Bienvenu of St. Martinville; and a niece and nephew, Addyson Bienvenu and Ryan Jude Bonin, both of St. Martinville. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Gersie Barras Bienvenu; and his paternal grandfather, Harold Migues. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 1 p.m. until time 10 p.m. on Sunday and continue on Monday at 7 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Sunday. Pallbearers will be Brodie Fredieu, Brook Duplechin, Matt Champagne, Blaine Marusak, Dustin Padgett, and ;Caleb Latiolais. Honorary pallbearers will be ;Ron Bienvenu, Kent Cormier, Brian Cormier, Seth Thibodeaux, Rule Boutte, Brad Fontenot, Beau Hebert, and Gregg Durand.
