Trey Goodrich

Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, on Saturday, July 11, 2015, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Trey Goodrich, 17, who passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at St. Martin Hospital. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm on Friday, and continue on Saturday at 8 am until 10:30 am. A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Friday. Deacon Marcel Butch Hebert will officiate at the Funeral Service. Scriptures will be read by Ashley and Heidi Montet. Gift Bearers will be Maria Roseberry and Madison Theriot. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Trey was a 2014 graduate of the Youth Challenge Program. Band and music was his life - he loved playing the Quads. Trey will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. He is survived by his parents, Rodney and Baretta Hanks Goodrich; his sisters, Rhonda Seaux and husband Brent, Melisha Broussard, Ashley Jeansonne and husband John, and Jaycee Goodrich; his paternal grandparents, J.C. and Evelyn Goodrich; his maternal grandmother, Marian Hanks; his nieces, Emma Seaux, Sophie Broussard, and Kaylie Jeansonne; his godchild, Reese Jeansonne; his uncle, Troy Hanks and wife Susan; his aunts, Athena Melancon and fianc Neil, Cindy Theriot and husband Dan, and Pam Breaux and husband, Al; his godfather, Rickey Montet; his godmother, Maria Roseberry; and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Joseph Hanks; and uncles, Craig Hanks and Rickey J. Montet, Sr. Pallbearers will be John Jeansonne, Philup Montet, Daniel Montet, Rickey Montet, Gavin Melancon, and Edwin Felix. Honorary pallbearers will be Tyrell Fenroy and Brent Seaux.
