VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE New Iberia - Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, March , 2010, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in New Iberia, for Tricia Kaye Romero, 36, who passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 in New Iberia. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Kenneth Leleux will officiate. Born on December 28, 1973 in New Iberia, Tricia, who was like a Mother Hen, loved spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed. Survivors include her father, Gerald L. Romero, Sr. of New Iberia; sister, Shawnnie R. Jones and husband Rick of Maurice; brothers, Gerald L. Romero, Jr. and John Bee Romero both of New Iberia; nieces and nephews, Jeremy Romero, Jessica Romero, Devin Romero, Rochelle Romero, Kamryn Jones, Richie Jones, Emalie Jones, and Jacob Romero who was like a son to her. She was preceded in death by her mother, Pat Parker Romero; cousin, Louis Boo Romero, IV; grandparents, Florence Duplantis Romero, Louis Bee Romero, II, Mary Louise Carter Parker, and John Rubert Parker. Pallbearers will be Gerald Romero, Jr., John Romero, Jeremy Romero, Jacob Romero, Tommy Romero, and Rick Jones. A gathering of family and friends will be Monday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd, in New Iberia. Visitation will continue Tuesday from 8:00 AM until 10:00 AM The family would like to give special Thanks to Johnny Romero, Mike Romero, and Amy Comeaux for their extraordinary help and support.
