Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., on Friday, July 15, 2011, at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Breaux Bridge, for Troy Anthony Peter, 45, who passed away on Friday, July 8, 2011 at University Medical Center in Lafayette. Rev. Leroy Banks, Pastor, will officiate at the funeral service. Interment will follow at Bethlehem Baptist Cemetery in Breaux Bridge. Survivors include his wife, Dana Paul Peter; two daughters, Kirstine Paul and Jamoura Johnson and husband, Larry; his parents, Lois P. and Alvin Smith; his brother, Mark Peter; and a granddaughter, Lailah Johnson. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ida and Rudolph Peter; and paternal grandparents, Alvata and A.J. Smith. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Bethlehem Baptist Church on Friday, from 7 a.m. until time of service.
