Violet Begnaud

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 21, 2005, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Violet Hebert Begnaud, 86, who died Sunday, September 18, 2005 at St. Martin Hospital in Breaux Bridge. Interment will be in St. Bernard Cemetery No. 1 in Breaux Bridge. Survivors include her daughter, Judy Angelle of Grand Anse; her son, Paul "Champ" Patin, Jr. of Vinton; her sister, Joyce Ritchey of Port Arthur, TX; six grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew "Chick" Begnaud; her parents, Oscar and Amanda Patin Hebert; her brothers, Edwin and Lester Hebert; and her sisters, Fabiola Theriot, Stelly Goudy and Agnes "Sue" Breaux. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 3:00 p.m. ~ 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday and continue at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday evening. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
