New Iberia - Funeral services will be ;at 10:30 AM, Friday, May 31, 2013, at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia, for Virginia ;Nugent Yandle, 74, who died on Thursday, May 23, 2013. ;Interment will follow in the Rosehill Cemetery. ;Rev. Paul Neel, pastor of the Assembly Christian Center will officiate. ;A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia. Visitation will continue Friday at 8:00 AM until time of service. ; ;Born on July 22, 1938 in New Iberia, Virginia was the daughter of Essie Deare and Alonza Nugent, Sr. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. ;Survivors include her daughter, Julie Champagne and her husband Raymond of Baton Rouge; her son, Craig Yandle and his wife Barbara of Milton, Ontario; her sister, Ruth Boudreaux of New Iberia; her grandchildren, Alexis Champagne, Eric Champagne and his wife Brooke and Gerry Timbers. ;In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by her children, Angela, Alice, Lee Alan and Kathleen Yandle; her 3 brothers, A. L. Nugent, Eddie Nugent and Oliver Nugent; and Albert Yandle. ;Pallbearers will be Craig Yandle, Eric Champagne, David Clark, Raymond Champagne, Pat Nugent and John Warner. ; ;Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd., New Iberia, LA 70560, 337.365.3331, is in charge of arrangements. ;
