Wanda Gail Harvison Thibodeaux

New Iberia - A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia for Wanda Gail Harvison Thibodeaux, 74, who passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, in New Iberia.

Entombment will be at a later date.

Rev. Matt Palmer will officiate.

Visitation will be Friday from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Pellerin Funeral Home and will continue on Saturday from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.

Mrs. Thibodeaux was born on October 5, 1947, in New Iberia, to the late Oswald “Red” Verret and Sadie Curry Verret and was a 1965 graduate of New Iberia Senior High. She grew up attending Trinity Baptist Church and later became a member of Highland Baptist. Mrs. Thibodeaux worked for Ronnie’s Paint and Flooring and also Delta World Tire. She enjoyed catering, cake decorating and shopping, especially for jewelry.

Survivors include her daughters, Lesley Mouton (fiance Vincent Sanchez) of Willcox, Arizona and Monique Milligan (Andy) of Alvin, Texas; brothers, Barry Verret (Ann) of Youngsville and Kim Verret (Betty) of New Iberia; four grandchildren, Kacie Christensen (Mark Nulisch), Hailey Mouton (fiance Eddy Fernandez), Kenzie Mouton, and Seth Mouton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Shawn Mouton.
