Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Henderson for Wayne Anthony Hardy Sr., 45, who passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2016. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 9:00 am until 1:15 pm on Tuesday, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge. A rosary will be prayed at 11:00 am on Tuesday. Rev. Garrett Savoie will officiate at the Funeral Service. Mr. Hardy was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and raising chickens. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving mother, Barbara Hardy of Henderson; father, Leeray Hardy of Arnaudville; sons, Wayne Hardy, Jr. and Austin Hardy, both of Henderson; daughter, Kay-Cee Hardy of Henderson; brother, Ryan Hardy of Washington, PA; and his sister, Jennifer Hardy of Henderson. He was preceded in death by sister, Jessica Hardy; maternal grandparents, Lillian and Roy Robertson; and paternal grandparents, Lumina and Murphy Hardy. Pallbearers will be Daniel Dillard, Brent Gordon, Ryan Hardy, Leeray Hardy, Allen Broussard, and Tony Robertson.
