New Iberia - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, December 24, 2007, at Pellerin Funeral Home, for Willis Joseph Faul, 60, who died Thursday, December 20, 2007 in New Iberia.
Interment will follow in Holy Family Cemetery.
A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Willis served our country during Vietnam and also, the National Guard. He was a member of the VFW and enjoyed his work for North American Marine Transportation. Willis enjoyed playing cards as well as spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Duhon Faul; son, Willis James Faul; step son, Joel Duhon; brothers, Shannon Migues and wife Laurie, Mark Migues, Rene Migues, Troy Dubois, all of New Iberia; sisters, Nettie Baudoin of Krotz Springs, Joni Viator and husband Marty of Lydia and Angel "Cookie" Migues of New Iberia; his grandchildren, Noah Boutte, Kyle Harless, and Brittany Harless; and several nieces and nephews.
Willis was preceded in death by his parents, Curly Faul and Mary Lynn Migues; daughter, Edith Lynn Faul; brothers, Ronnie Migues, Ernest Migues; nephews, Clyde Lancon, Ronnie Bourque; grandparents; Remey and Rose Migues; mother and father in law, Elton and Edith Duhon
A gathering of family and friends will be Monday, December 24, 2007 from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd, in New Iberia
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
