Yvette Menard Cormier

Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, August 24, 2020, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Yvette Menard Cormier, 62, who passed away on Friday, August 21, 2020. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 9:00 am until 10:45 am on Monday. Father Blake Dubroc will officiate at the Funeral Service. Yvette loved watching LSU sports and the New Orleans Saints. She enjoyed playing with her fur baby, Willow, playing games on her phone, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her husband, Gregory Cormier of St. Martinville; daughter, Laci Cormier of St. Martinville; son, Janzen Cormier of St. Martinville; sister, Velma Menard (Jackie) Comb of Breaux Bridge; brother, Russell (Joy) Menard of Thibodaux; twin sister, Yvonne (Wayne) Latiolais of Lafayette; two step-sons, Charley (Leslie) Cormier of Amite, and Josh (Jamie) Cormier of St. Martinville; three step-grandchildren, Kady Cormier, Chloe Cormier, Hudson Cormier. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilton and Inez Boudreaux Menard; and brother, Allen Menard. Pellerin Funeral Home (337-332-2111) is in charge of arrangements.
