VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Leonville - Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2009, at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Leonville, for Yvonne Robin Lanclos, 47, who passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2009 at Opelousas General Medical Center. Interment will follow at St. Leo the Great Cemetery in Leonville. Yvonne enjoyed hunting and having a good time, but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren, whom she loved and adored. Survivors include her husband, Donald "Jim" Lanclos, of Leonville; her daughter, Jenny Mills, and husband, Craig, of Opelousas; her brother, Walter Keith Robin, of Arnaudville; two grandchildren, Morgan and Ethan Mills; her step grandmother, Bernice Robin, of St. Martinville; her mother-in-law, Clarisse Cain, of Leonville; her sisters-in-law, Donna Robin, of Breaux Bridge, Gladys Lanclos and husband, Clay, of Opelousas, and Deanie Broussard and husband, Van, of Arnaudville; and two Godchildren, Jamie Robin Stelly, of Leonville, and Tara Robin, of Cecilia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mervin and Louella Bergeron Robin; a daughter, Sadie Lanclos; two brothers, David D. and John W. Robin; her paternal grandparents, Vesta Arnaud and Willis Robin; and her step grandfather, Dalfey Arnaud, Sr. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home in Arnaudville from 10 a.m. until 11 p.m. on Tuesday and continue at 7 a.m. until 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Tuesday evening. Pallbearers will be Keith Robin, Bryan Lanclos, Clay Lanclos, Joey Boudreaux, Ike Boudreaux, and Bobby Lanclos. Honorary pallbearers will be Dalfey Arnaud, Jr. and Mike Arnaud. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville (337.754.5881) is in charge of arrangements.
